Our 1,700 sq ft venue allows a maximum of 60 seated – 100 standing people per event.

  • All confirmed dates are final. Rescheduling of event is subject to date availability and only at the VENUE’s discretion. A fee of $250 is due from the CLIENT at the time of rescheduling. VENUE will not reserve a new date for CLIENT until the $250 fee is paid.
  • If any payment is not received by its due date, VENUE reserves the right to cancel your reservation and no refund will be given. All payments, with the exception of the security deposit, are non-refundable under any circumstances including cancellations by the CLIENT. The contract price is for a package of items and all items in said package will be made available to CLIENT. CLIENT is not entitled to a refund or compensation of any kind if they choose not to use the items included in the package.

Each rental package is personalized to each client, however, the amenities of the facility come standard with each booking. Please see individual packages for specifics.

An event attendant from ECM’s team will be on-site during your event to oversee the venue and assist with management of the facility. The manager will be available for any questions but will not coordinate/plan the event. Event planning services and day-of-coordinator services may be added as an additional cost.

Absolutely! We would love to show you our venue. Please fill out and submit the Tour Scheduler form to inform a team member that you would like to tour the venue. Please choose an available date and time that works best for you, and we look forward to seeing you.

Our rental rates vary based on time and day of the week as well as event type. Please see our package sheet and request a quote for a customized proposal.

We have free parking in the north and south lots of the plaza as well as available street side parking.

Yes! You may bring your own catering vendor. However, we have our preferred vendors that we would be happy to share with you if you are looking for one.

With permission ONLY. If CLIENT intends to consume any type of alcoholic beverages on premises, a certified/licensed and insured bartender must be employed by CLIENT. CLIENT may employ one of the VENUE’s preferred licensed and insured bartenders or CLIENT must provide the venue with the name, phone number, license/certification and liquor liability insurance information of CLIENT’s bartender before CLIENT’s bartender will be allowed on premises. No alcohol sales are permitted in connection with any event hosted at the venue.
